SHIPPING — USA ORDERS

  • All orders default to standard tracked shipping via USPS for $5.95. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard tracked shipping via USPS. Expedited shipping via FedEx is available at checkout.

  • Most orders are shipped within 2 days with delivery usually within 2-5 business days once they are dispatched. 

 

SHIPPING — UK ORDERS

  • All orders default to standard tracked shipping via Royal Mail for $6.95. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard tracked shipping via Royal Mail. Expedited shipping via DPD is available at checkout.

  • Most orders are shipped within 2 days with delivery usually within 2-5 business days once they are dispatched.

 

SHIPPING — EUROPE ORDERS

  • All orders default to standard tracked shipping via Post NL or Royal Mail for $6.95. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard tracked shipping via Post NL or Royal Mail. Expedited shipping via DPD is available at checkout for some countries.

  • Most orders are shipped within 2 days with delivery usually within 7-10 business days once they are dispatched.

 

SHIPPING — AUSTRALIA ORDERS

  • All orders default to standard tracked shipping via Australia Post for $6.95. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard tracked shipping via Australia Post. Expedited shipping via Australia Post is available at checkout.

  • Most orders are shipped within 2 days with delivery usually within 2-5 business days once they are dispatched.

 

SHIPPING — REST OF WORLD

  • All orders default to standard tracked shipping. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard tracked shipping. Some countries will also have an expedited shipping option available at checkout. Please check prices/carrier upon checkout as it varies per country. 

  • Most orders are shipped within 2 days with delivery usually within 7-14 business days once they are dispatched. 

  • Unfortunately shipping is not possible to certain countries. You will be notified at checkout if it's not possible to ship to your location. 

 

TRACKING

All orders will receive a confirmation email after the order has been placed. Additionally, tracking information will be emailed when your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you have not received an email.

 

CUSTOMS

If you order from a country outside of the EU/UK/US/AUS, taxes and duties may be added. If this is the case, the courier will contact you. Please note this could involve a delay in delivery as sometimes goods are held by customs. Any customs-related payments or correspondence will be between you and the courier.

 

RETURNS 

Every print is made to order, so unfortunately I cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds. 

 

IF A PRINT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the package and I will fix the issue ASAP.
