FAQ

Can I place a custom order?

Please contact me with the details (desired photo, print size, your location) and let’s see if we can make something work! I’m based in Germany so custom printing in Berlin and shipping to clients outside the EU can get quite pricey.

Where do you ship?

At this time, my production partners are in the US, EU, UK and AUS. Orders coming from another country will likely be subject to longer shipping time, a higher shipping price & customs fees. Unfortunately, shipping is not possible to certain countries (you will be notified at checkout if we cannot ship to your location). Please see more information on the Shipping & Returns page.

I didn't get an order confirmation (or order dispatched) email!

Please check your spam or "promotions" (on gmail) folder...sometimes the emails end up there unfortunately. If you still cannot find it, please contact me :)

Will the colors on my print be the same as the colors on my screen?

Prints are displayed as accurately as possible, but printed images always have slight differences to what you see on a backlit screen.

Why is the package not labeled Vie Voyage?

I work with fine art production partner Prodigi on the printing and shipping of my prints. Please keep this in mind when receiving your package as it will not have Vie Voyage branding but rather that of Prodigi or without any branding (white label).

What is the paper like?

All photos are printed on Hahnemühle Photorag archival fine art paper. It has a thick weight at 308gsm, is a slight off-white tone and has a matte, smooth finish. The paper has a very subtle texture that adds depth to every print. Here’s an example of the texture:

Are the images a little fuzzy?

The images are not fuzzy, but they do have added grain and are printed on a slightly textured paper. This provides richness and character — a nod to the beautiful nuances of film photography. Especially when printed at the largest sizes, the prints have a slight painterly quality when you get very close to them. This is a stylistic choice and something that marks all of my work.

Here are some examples of the grain at 100%:
